Setting goals key, Olympian Phelps tells Harford kids club

Olympic champion Michael Phelps gives the keynote address at the 20th Annual Steak and Burger Dinner for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County Thursday at Mountain Christian Church in Joppa. With 16 Olympic medals (14 of them gold), Baltimore native and former Harford County resident Michael Phelps is the most decorated Olympian in history and he wants to help kids achieve their goals as well.
