In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the critical after school hours. To combat this, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County provides services to these youth to offer a healthy alternative. But, we could not do this without the support of caring individuals, families, and businesses throughout our community.

Club Programs Work!

The Boys & Girls Club is more than a place, it is a "movement" to inspire. By reaching children at an early age and providing positive activities and encouragement, our Clubs provide a compelling alternative to youth crime, gang membership and other negative influences that effect our youth today.

Our Club programs promote the development of young people by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, influence and belonging. When this strategy is fully implemented, self-esteem is enhanced and an environment is created which helps our members achieve their full potential.
